All Medusa shipping orders are processed through UPS or FedEx and tracking numbers will be provided to you. Most orders ship within two business days. Upon shipment, customers will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please inspect your order upon arrival and store gels in proper temperatures, not in direct sunlight.
