If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at support@medusanails.com or 865-770-3700.. Medusa gladly accepts returns for products that are unopened, were damaged upon receipt, inconsistent with your order or predominantly unused when returned within 10 days of the received date. Purchases will appear on your bank or credit card statement as D'Evereux LLC., parent company of Larmes de Medusa.

To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:

  1. The items you are returning, reason for the return and your order number.
  2. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
  3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow up to 10 business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

Once your return order is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of receipt) you will be contacted regarding the replacement or refund the item(s). Credits are applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Important Notice Regarding Proper Storage:
As with the majority of professional gels, polishes and materials, customers are responsible for proper storage and the day-to-day exposure of products. To ensure consistency and quality of Larmes de Medusa products, nail techs and salons should minimize or eliminate exposure of technical and color gels to extreme hot or cold temperatures and direct sunlight. Jars should remain closed when not in use. In rare cases, minute separation or settling of ingredients in our formulas may have occurred. Simply stir to return gels and technical gels to optimal consistency. All products are stored in proper temperature-controlled warehouses until shipped. Our quality guarantee covers Larmes de Medusa gels and technical gels within 12 months of production date.
